Refund and Replacement Policy

23 Yards Coaching and Softwares Pvt. Ltd (“Company”) offers services on or through the Website and/or through the mobile application(s) collectively referred to as the “Platform”.

Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel a subscription of any membership course at any time and for any reason. The Platform does not offer refunds on pro-rata basis in case of cancelled subscription. All subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid subscription period. This includes both month-to-month and annual plans.

 

Similarly, it is the user’s responsibility to evaluate the Platform’s offerings, including its features, limitations, and system requirements before selecting any Paid Subscription or Course. The Platform will not issue refunds to customers on the basis of customers not understanding the system requirements, or the presence of compatibility issues, including inadequate internet speed or consistency, or incompatible devices, operating systems, or browser software versions. System incompatibility based on system requirements should be tested using the free membership account.

 

The above policies apply to all Company plans, services and courses, which may or may not include a subscription plan, unless otherwise noted in membership materials. Please read all individual materials thoroughly for specific policies.

 

  1. Membership Offerings

    1. Free and Paid Memberships: The Platform provides free memberships with sample content and paid memberships with premium content, each with specific pre-requisites.

    2. Terms of Selection and Payment: User/s are advised to consider the terms and prerequisites before choosing and paying for any service, plan, product, or course.

  2. Subscription Policies

    1. Cancellation and Downgrade: The Platform in any circumstance will not suspend or pause any of the subsrcribed plans. However, the User/s can opt to cancel or modify the plan to other offered plans.

    2. Right to Refuse or Cancel: The Platform reserves the right to refuse or cancel a subscription at any time and for any reason.

    3. Automatic Renewal: All subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew at the end of each paid period (monthly or annually).

    4. Refund Policy: The Platform does not offer any refund either in full or on pro-rata basis for any cancelled subscriptios.

    1. Responsibility for Evaluation: The User/s are responsible for evaluating our features, limitations, and system requirements before selecting a paid subscription or course.

    2. Refunds Based on System Compatibility: Refunds will not be issued on account of User/s not understanding system requirements or facing compatibility issues.

  4. Payment, Fees, and Charges

    1. Subscription Fees: The User/s must pay subscription fees and authorize Company to charge their bank accounts or credit cards for the recurring subscriptions.

    2. Tax Responsibilities: The User/s are solely responsible for paying applicable taxes or duties imposed by the government entities.

    3. Cancellation Process: The User/s can cancel subscriptions through their Company’s account settings with a confirmation email receipt.

  5. Refund Policies for Different Plans and Courses

    1. Recurring Subscriptions: The Platform bills all the subscription in advance The Platform does not offer any refund or credits for cancelled plans.

    2. Short Courses and Certifications: In cases of short courses and certifications, the Platform may enable refunds or cancellation within first 3 days of registering if the on fulfilment of certain conditions.

    3. Annual Plans: In case of annual plan subscription, the Platform strictly follows a no-refund policy. We encourage User/s to evaluate and fully understand our offerings and system requirements and consider opting for free membership before opting for an annual plan.

  6. Third-Party Charges

    1. Direct Payment Obligations: The User/s are liable to pay fees to third-party vendors providing any such services that enables the usage of the Platform’s services or is conneccted with the Platform’s services

    2. Additional Charges: Company reserves the right to charge User/s for any legally required or assessed regulatory or governmental fees.
